Swing Leaf Salmon Fly Box with Full Dress FliesA nice black japanned salmon fly box with approximately 20 full dress salmon flies inside. Swing leaf design with clips for flies and a compartment for gut leaders, a few of which are also inside. Very nice condition overall for its age with some scratches on the outside and some areas where the paint has flaked on the inside, but overall it is better than many others of this vintage that I have seen.

Near mint condition -- very slight marks on the reel foot from being mounted on a rod

The rod comes packed in a khaki bag with two brass and cork ferrule plugs attached to a tie at the top

Excellent overall condition

A very nice Homer L Jennings fly rod

The reel is in fine mechanical condition with very little spool/spindle movement

Medium action and lightly used with minimal hand soiling

Wraps are brown with red tipping with additional wraps at the keeper and male ferrules
